( 5 & 6 ) SEALOGIC “Bearing-Isolator-Seals” . . . 2-component,
non-wearing ! . . . 100 % lube-containment and 100 % moisture and contaminant-
exclusion, INDEFINITELY ! . . . the exact opposite of the O.E.M.-rubber-lip-seals,
which have an effective service-life of a few hundred hours, and hence require that
their pumps be fitted with “automatic-oilers” to constantly replenish the weeping oil !

flow, while being
more effective than pump-designs which utilize “cooling-jackets” around the
bearing-frame ! . . . when competitive designs cool the surrounding metal, rather
than the actual lube-oil, it can be very counter-productive, “shrinking” the bearing
outer-races, decreasing internal clearances, & increasing frictional-heat generated !

there being metallic wear-particles suspended in the oil.
